LENAWEE COUNTY, Mich. – A jury has been seated and the trial begins Thursday for Dale Warner, the husband of Dee Warner, who is charged in her murder.

Dale Warner faces murder charges in the death of his wife. Prosecutors allege Dale Warner painted over the fertilizer tank where his wife’s body was found.
The case has drawn significant attention since Dee Warner disappeared from her Lenawee County home in April 2021. Her remains were discovered years later, hidden inside a resealed anhydrous fertilizer tank on Dale Warner’s property.
If convicted, Warner could face life in prison.
