STERLING HEIGHTS, Mich. – A 17-year-old boy is facing attempted murder charges in a shooting outside a Sterling Heights gym.
Aiden Hadley, from Macomb Township, is being charged as an adult.

The shooting happened March 15 outside the Edge Fitness, near 18 Mile and Dequindre roads.
According to authorities, a group of teens and young adults gathered after the gym had closed for a fight.
Hadley reportedly fired shots from a Ford F-150 and struck a minor in the foot.
On Monday, March 23, Hadley was charged with assault with intent to murder, discharge of a firearm from a vehicle causing injury and two counts of felony firearm.
Hadley’s bond was set at $250,000.
Joseph Maroof, the suspected driver of the Ford, was charged with discharge of a firearm from a vehicle causing injury, carrying a concealed weapon and possession of counterfeit bills. His bond was set at $200,000.
Both teens have probable cause conferences scheduled for Thursday, March 26.
