Police investigate sexual assault report in Grosse Ile Township

GROSSE ILE TOWNSHIP, Mich. – Police are investigating a sexual assault report in Grosse Ile Township, Local 4 has confirmed.

Officers received the report on Saturday, March 21, 2026. They said the investigation is still active.

Police said they know the name of the suspects, but nobody has been arrested in this case.

"Given the sensitive nature of the case, we are not in a position to release additional details," police said in an email to Local 4. “Our priority is to conduct a thorough, objective investigation while protecting the integrity of the process and those involved.”
