SHELBY TOWNSHIP, Mich. – A Shelby Township man was charged with allegedly possessing and distributing child pornography.
Nathan Dimitruck, 34, was charged with one count of aggravated distributing or promoting child sexual abuse activity, six counts of using a computer to commit a crime and five counts of aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material.

His bond was set at $100,000, and he is required to wear a GPS tether if released. He was also ordered not to contact anyone under 17 years old and prohibited from using electronic devices.
The Macomb County Sheriff’s Office said detectives executed a search warrant at his home on Rex Street, near 22 Mile Road and Powers Court, on April 2. Multiple pieces of evidence were seized from the home, leading to Dimitruck’s arrest.
