ROTHBURY, Mich. – The FBI is now offering a reward for information leading to the identification, arrest and conviction of anyone who was involved in the death of a newborn baby at a West Michigan music festival.
Police said the baby, believed to be less than four weeks old, was found on June 28 near the camping area at the Electric Forest Music Festival in Rothbury, according to police. The body was found by an employee of the portable restroom vendor during routine maintenance.

Michigan State Police has been investigating the circumstances surrounding the infant’s death.
On July 13, police said the FBI is offering a reward of up to $15,000 for information leading to the identification, arrest and conviction of those responsible.
Michigan State Police said that while they are not able to provide many details into the investigation, they can confirm that preliminary autopsy findings determined that the infant was viable and was born alive.
