Kroger accepting card payments after system outage

DETROIT – Kroger was unable to accept card payments for approximately 45 minutes on Christmas Eve.

Many shoppers voiced frustration on social media.

Kroger released the following statement:

“Our stores are open - and accepting all forms of payment, including credit and debit cards - for customers, whether they are completing their lists or putting final touches on their holiday meals.”
