Reward offered in cold case of woman found dead under viaduct

DETROIT – Saturday marked 20 years since a woman was found dead under a viaduct.

Crime Stoppers said Lisa Gause was found dead at 3:30 a.m. on Oct. 14, 1997. Her body was found under a viaduct on 12th Street just north of the Edsel Ford Freeway, or I-94.

It appeared Gause was assaulted at an unknown location and then taken to the viaduct, Crime Stoppers said.
