FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. – Southfield police caught two people Friday connected to armed robberies at Holiday Inn locations in Farmington Hills.

The robberies occurred Tuesday at the Holiday Inn Express at Northwestern Highway and Clairview Drive, and Thursday at the Holiday Inn Express at 21100 Haggerty Road.
Police said they pulled over a vehicle that matched the suspect vehicle description at about 12:30 a.m. in the area of Telegraph and 9 Mile roads.
Police said the vehicle fled when they attempted to stop it. They were eventually able to stop the vehicle in Farmington Hills.
Jamele Andre Adkins, 31, of Lansing, and Marlena Benita Villanueva, 32, of Holt, were arraigned Friday.
Adkins faces a two-count arrest warrant for armed robbery, and Villanueva faces a one-count arrest warrant for armed robbery.
Villanueva's bond was set at $500,000 cash or surety. Adkins is being held without bond.
