English pub serves beer to dogs

SOUTH GOSFORTH, NEWCASTLE – A pub in an English village has now gone to the dogs.

The Brandling Villa in South Gosforth, Newcastle offers flavored beers to dogs, according the the Sunday Sun.

Some of the featured flavors include CAT-flavored beer and meat-flavored beer.

The pub also created a special canine menu with dog versions of human favorites, including  Sunday roast with cat-flavored gravy.

The Brandling Villa said it wanted to create a traditional pub but run it in a modern way, and that included welcoming patrons and their pets.
