Connor Jaeger heads to finals after 400m freestyle swim
UPDATE: Jaeger finished fifth in the finals, 0.67 seconds out of the medals.
ORIGINAL POST: Former University of Michigan student and American Olympic swimmer Connor Jaeger competed against China's Sun Yang during the 400m freestyle heat, Saturday.
The race between Sun and Jaeger landed Jaeger at seventh place overall, qualifying him for the finals.
