Nyquist offered in-person hearing for high-sticking Wild's Spurgeon in face

Detroit Red Wings forward Gustav Nyquist likely faces a multi-game suspension for his high stick to the face of the Minnesota Wild's Jared Spurgeon during Sunday's game. 

Nyquist received a 4-minute penalty for the infraction. He has been offered an in-person hearing with the NHL's Department of Player Safety, and he'll probably get at least a game suspension. 

Spurgeon left the game bleeding.
