Detroit Pistons

The Pistons return home Monday night to take on a young Philadelphia 76ers team after a quick two-game road trip where the Pistons lost to the Wizards, but beat the Knicks.Â
The team is 2-1 on the early season, but the next five games will tell us a lot: 76ers, Timberwolves, Clippers, Warriors and Lakers. The Pistons head out west on Saturday.
Note: Andre Drummond is shooting 100 percent from the free throw line through three games.
Detroit Red Wings
After starting 3-1, the Red Wings have dropped four straight games, including a 4-1 loss at home to Vancouver on Sunday night.
The Wings will travel to Buffalo on Tuesday to begin a three-game road trip that includes matchups against the Lightning and Florida Panthers.

Detroit Lions
The Lions will return from a much needed bye week to take on the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday night, right here on Local 4/NBC's Sunday Night Football.
The Steelers, 5-2, beat the Bengals 29-14 on Sunday. As for the NFC North, the Packers lost on Sunday, but the Bears and Vikings won their games. The Vikings sit atop the division as it stands with a 5-2 record.
Injuries will be something to keep an eye on for the Lions, as key players recover from various issues including Glover Quin, Matthew Stafford, Rick Wagner and Golden Tate.
