NORMAN, Okla. – The Michigan Wolverines are in for a long night in Norman as the Oklahoma Sooners were manhandling them in the first half.

The Wolverines’ defense could get a grasp on John Mateer, who had 190 yards and two touchdowns, while wide receiver Inkster native Deion Burks was putting on a show.

But the story at halftime was that freshman quarterback Bryce Underwood and running back Justice Haynes got into a heated confrontation with each other as the Wolverines trailed 14-0 at the half.

There is no word on what the altercation was about, but it could have been their lack of offense in the first half, as Oklahoma held them to a total of 118 yards.

The heated exchange was captured on camera as both players needed to be separated by players and coaches to end the half.

Whatever is going on, they need to be fighting to get their explosive offense rolling in the second half, as fighting each other in a hostile environment was not a good look.

Word will come out post-game about the altercation, but as of right now, it could be their lack of offense as Oklahoma is dominating them.

As soon as the story was posted, whatever happened in the locker room sparked something as Haynes took the first carry of the half to the house for 75 yards.
