Detroit Tigers vs. Seattle Mariners ALDS: Full game-by-game schedule revealed

The Tigers and Mariners will battle in the American League Divisional Series starting on Saturday in Seattle. We now know the full schedule.

MLB released the full ALDS schedule, including the possible games in Detroit, in the best of five series.

Tigers vs. Mariners ALDS schedule:

  • Game 1: Saturday, Oct. 4 @ Seattle -- 8:38 p.m. ET
  • Game 2: Sunday, Oct. 5 @ Seattle -- 8:03 p.m. ET
  • Game 3: Tuesday, Oct. 7 @ Detroit -- 4:08 p.m. ET
  • *Game 4: Wednesday, Oct. 8 @ Detroit -- 3:08 p.m. ET
  • *Game 5: Friday, Oct. 10 @ Seattle -- 4:40 p.m. ET

The Tigers announced Troy Melton as the starting pitcher for Game 1, with ace Tarik Skubal in line for Game 2.

Seattle is 90-72 overall and 51-30 in home games. The Mariners rank third in MLB play with 238 total home runs, averaging 1.5 per game.

Detroit has a 41-40 record in road games and an 87-75 record overall. The Tigers rank fifth in the AL with 198 total home runs, averaging 1.2 per game.

TOP PERFORMERS: Josh Naylor has 29 doubles, a triple and 20 home runs for the Mariners. Cal Raleigh is 9 for 38 with two doubles and four home runs over the past 10 games.

Riley Greene leads the Tigers with 36 home runs while slugging .493. Javier Baez is 12 for 35 with a home run and six RBIs over the last 10 games.
