Michigan high school basketball rankings (Jan. 19): Top 20 teams in the state

Local 4 has partnered with STATE CHAMPS! Sports Network to become the leader in Michigan high school sports coverage.

It’s the second ranking of 2026, and East Lansing is holding strong with an undefeated record.

Last week’s OK-Red results flipped a few teams around in this week’s rankings, while Auburn Hills Avondale is in control on the OAA-Red.
