The Detroit Pistons have traded former first round pick Jaden Ivey to Chicago in a three-team deal that brings two players to Detroit.
Shams Charania reported Tuesday that Detroit, Chicago and Minnesota have agreed to a deal ahead of the NBA Trade Deadline on Thursday. The Pistons will get shooter Kevin Huerter and big Dario Saric in the trade, along with a first-round pick swap.

“Bulls and Pistons have desires met here in a young and veteran guards to Chicago and a sharpshooter goes to Detroit. Minnesota creates significant tax savings and roster space as they pursue a Milwaukee star this week.” Shams added.
Huerter brings some much-needed outside shooting to a Pistons team that sits in first place in the Eastern Conference.
Ivey, a former No. 5 overall pick for Detroit, never really rebounded enough to make an impact after a season-ending leg injury last year.
Huerter is on an expiring deal and will become a free agent at the end of the year.
Saric was traded to Chicago last July from Sacramento. He’ll be a bench backup for the front court. He’s also on an expiring deal.
