After plenty of cloud cover and an isolated rain shower on Wednesday morning, we broke out into some sunshine to end the day, and we will keep that sunshine in the forecast looking ahead into the next day or so.

The workweek has ended starkly cooler than it began in Metro Detroit. The cool air will be reinforced across Southeast Michigan this weekend.
