The word of the day in the Detroit City Council’s meeting on Tuesday was “accountability” as they voted 7-1 in favor of the bill that will increase the fines on parents of kids who violate the city’s curfew.

The corner of 7 Mile Road and Revere Street in Conant Gardens will now forever be known as Amp Fiddler Avenue.
