A federal judge says marriage and the alleged embrace of a monogamous lifestyle cannot prove the innocence of a man charged in a conspiracy with his two brothers — both luxury real estate brokers — to sexually attack women.

A former missionary with an Ohio-based ministry has been indicted on federal charges of engaging in illicit sexual conduct with four different minors in Haiti over multiple years.

The judge overseeing Donald Trump’s hush money case in New York dealt with a host of weighty, unprecedented questions before deciding Friday that the president-elect should be sentenced later this month for the crime of falsifying business records.

“This is a survivor driven-program that survivors can choose to enter," Savit said.

The Washtenaw County Prosecutor's Office will now give crime survivors a choice in how they'd like their case to proceed.
