Casino workers for MGM Grand Detroit have voted to ratify a new contract, ending a 47-day strike.

Unionized Detroit casino workers are back at the bargaining table with MGM Grand Detroit for the first time since workers voted down a tentative contract agreement reached earlier this month, officials confirmed Wednesday.

After reaching a tentative union contract with three Downtown Detroit casinos, unionized workers at two casinos voted to ratify the deal to officially end their strike.
