Around 8:20 a.m., Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to the scene of the deadly incident in the area of Prospect Road and Park Lane in Superior Township.

SUPERIOR TOWNSHIP, Mich. – Washtenaw County deputies are asking residents near an active police scene to stay inside or avoid the area. The affected area is in Superior Township, bordered by North Prospect, Geddes, East Clark and North Harris roads. Residents should stay inside if they’re home or avoid the area, if not, according to the Washtenaw County Sheriff’s Office.
