DETROIT Police are searching for William Richardson who was last seen May 17 at 2:30 p.m. in the 12200 block of Harper Avenue in Detroit. He has not been seen since then. Richardson is described as black with a dark complexion and has short dreadlocks. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 1-800-Speak-Up.
