Westbound I-696 has reopened at Van Dyke after all lanes were closed Tuesday morning due to a crash involving a jackknifed semi truck.
There are no reports of injuries.
The semi truck appears to have damaged the median and another vehicle.
This crash also affected traffic on eastbound I-696.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
Traffic was backed up for miles during morning rush hour.
