New weight loss drugs show promise, but doctors warn of side effects

There is a rapidly growing list of drugs to treat obesity. Now, a new study suggests one of the newer GLP-1 medications, which targets two gut hormones, may do a better job at reducing certain health risks than an older option. But doctors warn that these drugs are not without side effects.
