LITD Coffee Cup Test

Have you ever heard of the "coffee cup test" at a job interview?  Basically, the hiring manager wants to see what you do with the cup of coffee (or other drink) when you're done with it.  If you toss it (if it's a disposable cup) or you return it to the kitchen and wash it (traditional mug) - you're considered to be a team player and someone who values the environment.  But, if you leave it behind - and leave it for someone else to clean up after you - you're not a good personality fit.  What do you think?
