Michigan house approves hands-free driving legislation -- here's what's next

Texting while driving is already illegal in Michigan, but that law was instituted in the era of flip phones -- and things have significantly changed, technologically, since then. To help cut down distracted driving today, the Michigan House just recently passed legislation that would make it illegal to use your phone while driving, unless it's hands-free.
