Arbor Hills landfill settlement reached in Salem Township to resolve issue

Since 2019, we've been reporting on neighbors' concerns over the air quality around the Arbor Hills landfill in Salem Township about an unpleasant smell that led to a lawsuit and a $750,000 fine for clean air act violations last year. Now, a deal has been reached to resolve the issues hopefully.
