Pontiac School District offers Grow-your-own initiative for teacher scholarship pipeline

For years, we've known that there's a teacher shortage across the nation, but one local school district has created an important "Grow-your-own" initiative to solve theirs. The Pontiac School District needs a total of 362 teachers to be fully staffed. Today, they are 62 short, but as Paula Tutman shows us, that's about to change.
