Elon Musk's $44 billion bid to buy Twitter is on the verge of collapse. Musk sent a letter to Twitter's board Friday saying he's terminating the acquisition. By the way, that comes with a $1 billion penalty for musk. It's unclear whether the board will accept or fight it in court.
