Tracking power outage impact across Metro Detroit

Local 4 has been to Farmington Hills, West Bloomfield area, and Detroit, and now we're in Shelby Township at their library. Many people in the area have gravitated here to cool down, charge their phones, and do any kind of work. Seen in the video player above is footage we got earlier in West Bloomfield showing traffic lights out at some of the busiest intersections.
