Metro Detroit nonprofit provides affordable dress ahead of prom

It’s prom season -- the season teenagers are looking forward to and planning their looks. A lot of money gets spent on prom. Some dresses can cost thousands, but not everyone can or wants to spend that much. That’s where A Beautiful Me comes in.
