Thin ice warning issued after water rescue in Wayne County

This early in the season, you can assume no ice is safe to be out on no matter how cold it's been the last few weeks. The new warning comes after police responded to Young Patriots Park on Sunday because someone fell through the ice on the edge of Reflection Pond.
