Frustrated Southfield residents demand road repairs

Residents of Southfield are frustrated over the deteriorating condition of its roads, particularly Mount Vernon and Lincoln streets, which have only received ineffective patchwork repairs. Despite limited resources, the city plans to resurface the worst section of Mount Vernon this year, thanks to a $4 million allocation from the state legislature.
