Mike Waltz out as security adviser; Trump administration sues Michigan

Marco Rubio was named the interim national security adviser after President Donald Trump said he would nominate Mike Waltz to be the next U.S. ambassador to the United Nations. Also, the Justice Department filed a lawsuit against Michigan and other states over climate actions.
