Oakland County man charged with kidnapping via Snapchat, Uber

A Northville Township man, Charles Willis, is facing charges after allegedly using Snapchat and an Uber ride to entice a 14-year-old girl to his home. The girl was discovered walking alone near 7 Mile and Sheldon Roads on April 27, after Willis reportedly arranged and paid for her transportation from two hours away. The girl was told to stay in the basement during her visit to his residence.
