Fights prompt safety concerns about summer festivals in Metro Detroit

After fights broke out at the Birmingham Village Fair over the weekend, there are new worries about teen violence and what can be done to stop it. Police confirm there were three separate fights on Friday and Sunday. And that violence follows the decision by the city of Berkley to cancel its annual fair this year.
