Clinton River claims life of toddler

A 2-year-old boy, Maxwell Anderson, was found in the Clinton River near his home in Harrison Township after being reported missing. Despite life-saving efforts, he was pronounced dead at the hospital. The incident is under investigation by the Macomb County Sheriff’s Office.
