Full presser: Macomb County Sheriff’s Office reports drowning of 2-year-old boy

A 2-year-old boy, Maxwell Anderson, was found in the Clinton River near his home in Harrison Township, after being reported missing on June 16. Despite life-saving efforts by deputies, he was pronounced dead at the hospital. The water where he was found was approximately 5 feet deep, and the investigation into the incident is ongoing.
