Livonia hit-and-run leaves 3-year-old dead, twin sister and mother fighting for their lives

A 3-year-old boy was killed, and his twin sister and mother were critically injured after being hit by a vehicle in Livonia on June 29. The incident occurred around 10:45 p.m. as the family was crossing Merriman Road. The driver fled the scene, but police have since located the suspected vehicle, and the investigation continues.
