FBI warns of violent online network targeting children

The FBI has issued a warning about a violent online network known as "764," which targets children and vulnerable individuals through manipulation, blackmail, and sextortion. The network operates on social media and gaming platforms, coercing victims into sharing harmful content under threat of exposure. Members, often young males, engage in activities such as swatting, doxxing, and gorebombing, with the aim of gaining clout within the network. The FBI emphasizes the importance of parental vigilance and is working to dismantle the network, which has become a global issue since 2022.
