Man killed in 'targeted' shooting at Oakland County apartment complex

A shooting occurred at the Devon Park apartments near 13 Mile and Crooks, resulting in the death of a maintenance worker. Royal Oak Police Chief Michael Moore stated that the incident was targeted, involving two men who knew each other, and assured there is no ongoing public threat.
