Full hearing: Worker accused of killing Eastpointe McDonald’s manager in court for review hearing

Afeni Badu Muhammad, 27, of Eastpointe, appeared in court on Wednesday, Sept. 3, 2025, for a review hearing after a competency evaluation was ordered. A doctor told her attorney that Muhammad was interviewed for the competency evaluation, but a report hasn't been created yet. The judge set her next court dates for Oct. 8 and Oct. 15, but said that could change depending on when they receive the report.
