Michigan man sentenced in 1968 to life prison to be resentenced after court ruling

Charles Rose Martin, a Michigan man who was sentenced to life in prison in 1968, will be resentenced after the Michigan Supreme Court ruled that mandatory life without parole sentences are unconstitutional not just for minors, but for 19- and 20-year-olds too.
