Video: Police arrest man for doing donuts at busy Oakland County intersection

A man was arrested for allegedly doing donuts at a busy intersection in Oakland County on Saturday. According to police, a person was seen by officers driving his black Dodge Charger in the middle of the intersection of 12 Mile and Coolidge at 3:43 a.m. on Aug. 30.
