Macomb County boat explosion injures 2, kills dog

A boat explosion at Emerald City Harbor in St. Clair Shores injured two people and killed a dog on September 6. The explosion occurred shortly after refueling, throwing the individuals into the water and causing minor injuries, while the dog later succumbed to its injuries.
