Poll: 1 out of 10 kids play outside weekly or less

A new poll suggests parents can do more to encourage their children to play. We know kids are spending more time on their phones and tablets, but experts said it's also taking time away from the joys of being a kid. Sarah Clark, the poll's co-director, joined Local 4 Live to talk more about these findings.
