Suspect arrested in Shelby Township murder over vehicle dispute

Shelby Township police are investigating a double homicide at Star Auto Sales involving suspect Terrence Jermaine Sandles from Houston, Texas. The shooting, described as a targeted killing over a previous dispute regarding a Hummer sale, resulted in the deaths of Gaith Babon and Marvin Batu, both married fathers. Sandles was allegedly apprehended at a hotel in Romulus with two handguns and cash taken from the dealership. He faces 13 charges, including two counts of homicide, and is held without bond.
