Sheriff: 'Sophisticated' operation moved drugs across state lines; 3 Macomb County men arrested

About 1,500 pounds of marijuana were seized during a large drug bust in Shelby Township. The raid also uncovered hundreds of THC vape pens, guns, $380,000 in cash, and several vehicles. Three men from Shelby Township were arrested. The Macomb County Sheriff’s Office said the three operated a “sophisticated, multi-state trafficking network” that sold bulk marijuana quantities ranging from 6 to 150 pounds, mostly to buyers outside Michigan.
