Coast Guard helicopter airlifts patient from freighter on Lake Huron

A U.S. Coast Guard MH-65 Dolphin helicopter airlifted a patient from the freighter MV American Courage on Lake Huron near Harbor Beach due to a medical emergency. The helicopter crew transported the patient to medical officials for treatment.
