Dale Warner faces murder trial after evidentiary hearing in wife’s disappearance case

Dale Warner is facing a murder trial following an evidentiary hearing related to the disappearance of his wife, Dee Warner, who went missing in April 2021. Charged in June 2024 after Dee's remains were found on his property, Dale is accused of murder and evidence tampering. During the hearing, the defense challenged the completeness of witness statements and communications, questioning Michigan State Police personnel about missing or incomplete evidence. The defense sought the release of emails and phone records, while the prosecution aimed to introduce photos and Dee Warner's statements about her marriage. Dale Warner's trial is set for January 27.
